Ashura teaches great sacrifices: Aleem Khan

Abdul Aleem Khan, the Federal Minister for Privatisation, stated that the Muslim Ummah can learn a tremendous and universal lesson from the martyrdom of Shahuda-e-Imam Hussain (RA).

He stated in his Ashura message that Hazrat Imam Hussain (R.A.) provides us the courage to proclaim the truth and prevents us from bowing down to lies.

According to Abdul Aleem Khan, the grandson of the Prophet (PBUH) is a torchbearer for everyone and made the history of bravery and valour in Karbala, of which humanity will always be proud.

He stated that Ashura teaches us that on this day, we must promise interfaith harmony, fraternity, and mutual togetherness. It also teaches us that enormous sacrifices must be made for noble goals.
