Pakistan says, there are no plans to hold negotiations with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan.
Mumtaz Zahra, the spokesperson for the Foreign Office, stated during her weekly news briefing in Islamabad that terrorist organisations are responsible for the deaths of both foreign and Pakistani nationals within Pakistan.
Pakistan respects Afghanistan’s territorial integrity and sovereignty, according to the spokeswoman. She stated that we anticipate that the Afghan government would protect its sovereignty and act against terrorist organisations that have established safe havens within the country and are utilising it as a base of operations for strikes against Pakistan.
Mumtaz Zahra Baloch stated in response to a query that Pakistan is dedicated to carrying out the Illegal Foreigners Repatriation Plan. She made reference to the illegal aliens, including Afghans who have been repatriated to their home countries, and stated that the first part of this strategy is almost over.
The UNHCR has not received any explanation from Pakistan for the plan’s suspension, the official made clear. She emphasised that the government has granted a one-year extension of the Afghan refugees’ Proof of Registration cards’ validity.
Mumtaz Zahra Baloch responded to a question by saying that Pakistan and the US have a strong and diverse alliance. She stated, “We think that mutual respect, sovereign equality, and refraining from meddling in one another’s domestic affairs should be the cornerstones of our future relationship.”
Pakistan reaffirmed on Thursday that it will not put an end to the Indian government’s campaign of extrajudicial executions and the indiscriminate use of deadly force against the Kashmiri population in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
At her press briefing, Foreign Office spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to supporting our Kashmiri people politically, diplomatically, and morally in their pursuit of a fair and peaceful resolution to the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in line with UN Security Council resolutions.
In order to commemorate the martyrdom of 22 Kashmiris who gave their lives in Srinagar in 1931, fearlessly battling the indiscriminate firing of Dogra forces under the former Maharaja of Jammu and Kashmir, she informed the media that the 93rd ‘Youm-e-Shuhada-e-Kashmir’ (Kashmir Martyrs Day) would be observed on July 13.
“We honour their bravery, which sparked a resolute campaign for the liberties and rights of the Kashmiri people, as well as their right to self-determination. Even now, this movement is still going strong.
Speaking about Israeli aggression, she stated that Pakistan vehemently denounced the indiscriminate attacks on four Gazan schools this week by Israeli occupation forces, which led to the murder of numerous women and children who were seeking safety there. These assaults provide more proof of Israel’s genocide campaign against the Gazanian populace.
War crimes are committed when civilian populations and infrastructure are deliberately targeted, which is a serious breach of international law.
She stated that the Israeli occupation forces had once again shown their disrespect for international law as well as the fundamental principles of decency and appropriate behaviour in international relations with their most recent actions.
We cannot allow these egregious transgressions of international humanitarian law to become the new standard.
