Army captain martyred in North Waziristan: ISPR

According to the military’s media wing, a Pakistan Army captain was martyred in a gunfight with militants in the North Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Tuesday.
Captain Muhammad Osama bin Arshad, a 24-year-old citizen of Rawalpindi district, was martyred during a firefight between security personnel and terrorists in the district, according to a statement from the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

“Our troops successfully engaged the terrorists’ location during the intense engagement, resulting in the sentencing of two terrorists to hell.”
According to the ISPR, he led his soldiers from the front and “embraced martyrdom and made the ultimate sacrifice after fighting gallantly.”
According to the ISPR, a sanitization effort is underway to get rid of any terrorists that may have been discovered nearby.
