In the port city of Balochistan, at least seven individuals were shot and killed on Thursday while they slept in their residential quarters.
Seven people were killed and one injured when unknown gunmen opened fire on a residential section close to the Gwadar Fish Harbour in the Surbandar neighbourhood, according to Station House Officer (SHO) Mohsin Ali of the Gwadar Police Station.
According to the police source, the deceased and injured people were from Punjab’s Khanewal district and had previously worked in a barbershop in the region.
According to the SHO, the injured person and the deceased bodies have all been taken to the Gwadar Hospital.
The assistant commissioner of the Tehsil was informed that Mian Channu was the owner of at least five of the seven labourers who were killed in Gwadar.
