Israel’s adventurism in region, unacceptable: FO

Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, spokesman for the Foreign Office, vehemently denounced the Israeli “adventurism” in the area on Thursday and denounced the recent attack on the Iranian consulate in Syria.

During the weekly press briefing, the spokeswoman for the Foreign Office stated that Israel has to be held responsible for its reckless strike, which included both the bombing in a region that was already unstable and its ongoing atrocities in Gaza.

With its careless attack this week on the consular division of the Iranian Embassy in Damascus, Syria, Israel’s adventurism in the area reached a new low. The UN Charter, international law, and conventions are all broken by this attack,” she declared.

She said that Israeli authorities had engaged in repeated and systematic breaches of international humanitarian law during the previous six months.
