By working towards the completion of a bilateral Preferential Trade Agreement (PTA) to expand bilateral trade between the two nations, Pakistan and Azerbaijan hope to strengthen their economic and trade relations on Thursday.
According to a news release released here, Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Pakistan, Khazar Farhadov, and Federal Minister for Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan, met here on Thursday to discuss enhancing economic cooperation between the two countries.
In order to increase trade volume and open up new business prospects, Minister Jam Kamal reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to fortifying commercial and economic ties. He emphasised the significance of people-to-people contact and the signing of the PTA.
Minister Jam Kamal underlined the importance of tackling trade-related difficulties in order to expand bilateral trade to its full potential while highlighting the connections between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
