The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and his wife, Bushra Bibi, have been ordered to appear in court on April 4 by the District and Session Court of Islamabad.
The PTI founder appeared before Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra on Monday to request a production order.
Adiala Jail officials responded to the court during the hearing by submitting a technical report on contempt of case along with their response.
The PTI attorney stated that the PTI founder’s attendance could not be made via video link, even with the court order.
Regarding the contempt of court notice, the Adiala Jail administration provided the court with a technical report and a written response.
