LARKANA: PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari declared on Thursday that the people had the right to vote and that he could not transfer his mandate to anyone else. Speaking to the media at a polling place he went to cast his ballot, Bilawal urged voters to exercise their fundamental right and leave their houses, believing that cutting off cell phone coverage would lead to poor voter participation and make it harder to get in touch with the returning officers. Three-time prime minister Nawaz Sharif was previously accused by Bilawal of attempting to sway the caretaker governments in favour of good outcomes. On the other hand, the PPP has been accused of purchasing votes in Lahore.
