Feb 8 elections most important in Pakistan’s history: Shehbaz

PML-N The head of the party, Nawaz Sharif, who is vying for record-breaking fourth term as prime minister, will lead Pakistan to victory in the elections on February 8, according to President Shehbaz  Sharif, who declared them to be the most significant in the country’s history on Tuesday. After winning the 2013 elections, he enumerated the  accomplishments of the previous Nawaz government, including the restoration of peace in Karachi and the end of lengthy power  outages. Shehbaz stated that Nawaz was the one who addressed the threat  posed by terrorism, and that people were still aware of the  development projects that were completed throughout Pakistan  during that time. At his party’s Model Town headquarters, the PML-N President addressed the parliamentary board meeting of the  party and emphasised that the nation cannot experience growth and prosperity without political stability.
