Government steadfast in eliminating terrorism: PM

Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, the acting prime minister, declared on Tuesday that  the government remained unwavering in its efforts to eradicate  extremism and terrorism from the nation.The terrorist attack that left three police officers dead at a police station in the Dera Ismail  Khan neighborhood’s Daraban area was sharply denounced by the  prime minister.He honoured the martyrs who gave their lives to  ensure the safety of the country.He asserted that such actions could not weaken the security forces’ determination to combat terrorism. The prime minister gave the terrorist attack victims the greatest  medical care possible. Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, the acting prime minister, pledged on Tuesday to keep  up the fight against terrorism until it is totally eradicated from the  nation.

He said on the social media site X, “We will fight back till the  menace of terrorism is eliminated from our motherland.” The prime minister praised the courageous security forces for their  successful operations in Dera Ismail Khan district’s Darazanda,  Daraban, and Kolachi regions, which resulted in the deaths of 27  terrorists. He declared, “The soldiers’ unmatched commitment, selflessness,  and bravery in the face of terror is a beacon of hope for our country.” He conveyed his sincere condolences to the martyrs’ families. According to PM Kakar, the government is unwavering in its resolve to eradicate extremism and terrorism from the nation. He asserted that such actions could not weaken the security forces’  determination to combat terrorism.
