Govt acting to increase exports from the agriculture sector: PMBEIJING: On Thursday, Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, the acting prime minister, announced that the government was implementing steps to boost exports, processing, and the agriculture sector. The prime minister informed President Luan Richeng’s team of China Oil and Food Stuffs about the state of Pakistan’s agricultural industry. He noted that the government has also included the agriculture sector in the Special Investment Facilitation Council in an effort to promote it. He claimed that Pakistan was working to improve agricultural exports from the nation as well as raise agricultural yield through processing. The prime minister commended the delegation’s strong interest in making investments in Pakistan.
