National leadership condoles death of S.M. Zafar

Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, the acting prime minister, expressed sorrow on Thursday at the passing of eminent attorney and former senator Syed Muhammad Zafar. The prime minister prayed for the family who had lost a loved one to have patience and for the departed soul to rest in peace. After a protracted illness, S.M. Zafar passed away in Lahore on Thursday. He was ninety-three. On Thursday, S.M. Zafar, a well-known lawyer and scholar, passed away. Caretaker Minister for Information and Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi expressed her profound sadness and grief at his passing. In his sympathy letter, the minister wished the grieving family well and begged to God to grant the deceased soul eternal rest. Solangi expressed his sadness at learning about S.M. Zafar’s passing.
