Aneeq Ahmed, the acting minister for religious affairs and interfaith harmony, urged young people on Tuesday to devote more of their time to learning about Islam. He invited the youth to read three verses of the Holy Quran every day, along with translation and interpretation, to deepen their relationship with the divine text and its Messenger Muhammad. He spoke at the Seerat Conference and Mehfil-e-Milad-un-Nabi Peace Be Upon Him, which were organised by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in association with Pakistan National Council of the Arts, Punjab College of Commerce, and Islamabad Model College for Boys F-7/3.Minister Aneeq stated, “If you want to become beloved to Allah Almighty, then follow the footsteps of His Beloved Prophet Muhammad(SAW).”
