ISLAMABAD: Muhammad Sami Saeed, the acting minister for planning, development, and special initiatives, examined the status of the CPEC projects being worked on in Gwadar on Tuesday and ordered the relevant ministries and divisions to pick up the pace of work. According to a news release, the minister issued these instructions while presiding over a meeting in Gwadar to assess the status of the CPEC projects. The Secretary of the Planning Ministry, the Secretary of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, the Chief Economist, the Chairman of the Gwadar Port Authority, the Director General of the Gwadar Development Authority, and other representatives from different ministries also attended the meeting. The representatives of the several ministries and divisions provided a thorough update on the progress of each project’s implementation in Gwadar.
