Aneeq Ahmed, the minister for religious affairs, vowed to work tirelessly to give Hajj pilgrims the best possible travel accommodations. In a meeting with Air Marshal (R) Farhat Hussain Malik, the caretaker advisor to the prime minister on aviation, he expressed the hope that Hajj pilgrims will soon hear good news about these initiatives. The minister emphasised the need to provide travellers with comforts without sacrificing quality. He emphasised that their shared goal was to improve the services provided to pilgrims while keeping the price of Hajj tickets the same.
Farhat announced during the meeting that “we have already started working” and “soon we will have good news for the pilgrims.” He expressed his commitment to the pilgrims’ well-being and comfort throughout this auspicious journey.
