FM commends Turkish role in securing grain deal

Islamabad: Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has vowed to collaborate with Turkey and other Islamic nations to stop instances of the Holy Quran being desecrated. He vehemently denounced the acts that various European cities had committed to desecrate the Holy Quran. The foreign minister also praised Turkiye's contribution to last year's historic Black Sea Grain Corridor agreement, which made substantial contribution to stabilising food prices worldwide, particularly in emerging and the poorest countries. According to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, he praised Hakan Fidan, his Turkish counterpart, for his work in this area in their conversation. He pledged Pakistan's complete support for global initiatives aimed at renewing the historic Black Sea Grain Corridor deal.
