Imran urges workers to bank on people’s power

KARACHI Imran Khan, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), presided over a significant gathering of the party’s ticket holders on Tuesday at Zaman Park. The meeting’s objectives were to discuss the nation’s current political climate, recent arrests of activists and leaders in Punjab, and develop a plan to demonstrate the power of the people by involving ticket holders in the province.

All Punjabi ticket holders were personally invited by the former prime minister to attend the event at Zaman Park. Among the many ticket holders who actively participated in the meeting were Waleed Iqbal, Rafaqat Gilani, and Noorul Haq Qadri.

The attendees engaged in in-depth discussions concerning the prevailing political situation in Pakistan, emphasising the recent arrests of activists and leaders in Punjab. The apprehensions and concerns surrounding these developments were thoroughly addressed, with the aim of finding appropriate strategies to tackle these challenges.

Moreover, a key agenda of the meeting revolved around showcasing the strength of the party and its ticket holders in Punjab.

A comprehensive strategy was devised to mobilise people power and harness the collective influence of PTI’s ticket holders in the province.
