Multan: The Chief executive officer of Waste Management Company Shahid Yaqoob has said that the ringlets roll has been tightened against those who throw building materials and garbage on the roads. The enforcement cell of Waste Management Company has issued notices to 10 more property owners yesterday. He said that heavy fines and property will be sealed after the final notice. They will go to any extent to keep the city clean. He expressed these views yesterday while visiting different areas of the city and the company workshop. Earlier, on the public complaints, a special scraping operation was also conducted by the company in the areas of Timber Market and Qasim Bela. Do not dump garbage and building materials on highways as a national responsibility. The company has also started washing the highways by clearing garbage heaps and building materials in connection with the Saaf Multan campaign, while also sending a summary to the Government to give more powers to the enforcement cell of the company. Shahid Yaqoob said that the civil society and the involvement of the business community in the cleaning campaign is indispensable. Measures have been initiated to meet the shortage of machinery and staff and will eliminate the waste depots of the city by identifying new landfill sites.
