Inter-district motorcycle thief gang arrested

Uch Sharif:  DPO Bahawalpur instructed DSP Circle Ahmedpur Sharqia Farrukh Javed and SHO Uch Sharif Mian Asghar Ali to prevent the increasing incidents of motorcycle theft in Uch Sharif.

DSP Circle Ahmedpur Sharqia Farrukh Javed immediately formed teams under the leadership of SHO Police Station Uch Sharif and arrested inter-district motorcycle thief gang Salmani Bakhtiari gang wanted in dozens of cases.

Huge quantity of arms and stolen motorcycles were also recovered along with cash.  Hand over the accused and start further investigation.  DSP Farrukh Javed’s press conference with SHO Mian Asghar Ali said that criminal elements do not deserve any concession. During the press conference, he told the journalists that Salman alias Salmani Bakhtiari, the leader of the motorcycle thief gang, Salman alias Salmani, son of Abdul Rasheed Qum Bakhtiari, was involved in more than fifty cases of theft.  The inter-district gang including money, cash, mobile etc. was arrested in a dramatic manner and further investigation is underway.  The criminal elements will be dealt with strictly. The people of the area should report any suspicious activity anywhere or if any suspicious person is seen, immediately report to me on this number 03004821955 so that timely action can be taken to prevent further damage.  On this occasion, Inspector Mushtaq Hussain ASI, Khalid Majeed and Editor Gulzar Awan, Deputy Editor Mudassar Jogi and Jam Nair Abbas were also present.
