Multan: Managing Director WASA Choudhry Muhammad Danish said that water is the most abundant treasure of nature, every drop of clean water is precious, this precious blessing should be appreciated and every citizen should realize the responsibility to prevent the wastage of water so that this basic necessity of life is forever. Our future generations can also benefit from it. He said that WASA is trying day and night to provide clean water to the citizens of Multan and more steps are being taken to improve the provision of this basic facility. He expressed these views to the media at the walk organized by WASA regarding World Water Day, Deputy Managing Director Engineering Jawad Kaleemullah, Deputy Managing Director Finance and recovery Madam Nighat Jabeen, Director Engineering Abdul Salam, Director Admin and Recovery Mansoor Ahmed said, Director Works Arif Abbas, Director Finance Mohammad Saeed Dogar, Deputy Directors Mohammad Nadeem, Mohammad Arshad, Madam Rabia, Hasan Mahmood Bukhari, Rai Mohammad Sajid, Assistant Director Zoya Mubeen, Rameez Hashmi, CBA Union President Malik Waheed Rajwana and other officers. A large number of employees, MD WASA Choudhry Muhammad Danish participated in the meeting, further said that through 1448 km long water supply network and (84) tubewells and 65 water filtration plants, clean water facility is being provided to the citizens 3 times a day in Multan city. Use it carefully and prevent it from being wasted. Managing Director WASA Choudhry Mohammad Danish informed the participants of the walk about the importance of water and gave a message to the public that we should be positive in our attitudes to prevent wastage of water. A change must be made, especially at the domestic level, care must be taken in the use of water, while washing dishes, clothes, bathing, and washing cars, water should not be wasted in other uses.
