Multan. Annual Donor Conference of Al-Khidmat Foundation was held, about 10 crores of donations were collected, . Donations were announced for various projects of Al-Khidmat Foundation by industrialists, businessmen, citizens, social workers, doctors, while a people deposited cash on the occasion. The participants were entertained by the humorous poetry of the famous poet Dr. Tahir Shaheer. He said that more than 60% of the people of Pakistan do not have access to clean drinking water, two and a half million children are deprived of education, 42 million orphans are on the road to be taken care of and to improve all these and other sectors. Al-Khidmat is providing full and potential services for all, Thousands of volunteers of Al-Khidmat are always ready to help in any emergency situation, whether it is the recent flood or the earthquake of Turkey. Safdar Iqbal Hashmi, President Multan Ahmad Chughtai, General Secretary Dr. Wali Muhammad Mujahid while speaking highlighted the services of Al-Khidmat in the previous year.
