District Food Controller Rai Mushtaq recovers 700 bags of subsidized flour

Sahiwal: District Food Controller Rai Mushtaq Ahmad Khan along with the police team raided three different places on the notice of the media and recovered thousands of bags of government subsidy flour. FIRs were registered against the responsible and action was initiated. A truck was seized in Yousufwala area, which was loaded with more than 700 flour bags of government subsidized cheap flour labeled by different flour mills. A case was registered in Yousufwala police station and a person was arrested and on the notice of the accused, while operating at a godown in Pakpattan Road 98/9L where flour was being transferred from government green bags to private commercial bags from where government 1400 empty bags of flour, weighing machine, label and packing machine were seized and three persons were arrested while one accused managed to escape and the factory was sealed. 295 bags of 10 kg of cheap flour from different flour mills of Lahore were recovered from house and an FIR was registered against the accused.
