Since their marriage, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been dishing out couple goals, and now even more so since becoming parents to Raha Kapoor, a baby girl. Prior to getting married, Ranbir and Alia dated for five years while cohabitating.
But the couple does argue from time to time, and Ranbir recently revealed to Kareena Kapoor Khan how they reconcile. The actor spoke with Kareena Kapoor Khan about his career, personal life, and a lot more when he appeared on her show, “What Women Want,” on Mirchi Plus. When Bebo questioned Ranbir about what would happen if he and Alia got into a fight, Ranbir responded, “If there is a fight, I can just kind of takesome space.
Alia is somebody, she is a lawyer, so if she feels that she was wronged, she will not let go until she makes her point clear. And I am the guy who has no ego, I don’t have self-respect also. I am very happy saying sorry even when I am right or wrong, But I like the concept of space.”
Ranbir threw some light on the fact that when a couple fights, sometimes they even say things which they don’t mean. He added, “When a couple fights, sometimes to hurt each other, lot of things are said for effect and you don’t really mean it. Meanwhile, the other person thinks that you’re coming from a place of something. So that person takes those 3-4 words and it stays with that person, then you have to clarify it. So it always comes with the heat of the moment.”
The ‘Brahmastra’ actor also spoke about how relationships have changed in today’s day and age and said people can have any kind of relationship that they want as long as they’re honest to their partner.
