‘Women’s upbringing provides society with talented, honest and brave children’

Vehari: President District Bar Association Wahari Liaquat Sanpal Advocate, Saima Noreen Advocate, Shahid Mehmood Mirza, Maryam Ashiq and others cut the cake on the occasion of International Day along with women lawyers organized by Pakistan Civil Society Forum.

It was said that this condemnable situation in which our women are living at present is not allowed in Islam. You are ignorant and you can never assume that she will raise your children properly. Only a woman has the ability to bring up children in the right way and to provide the society with such talented, honest and brave children that the women of our ancestors gave to the Muslim society. Percentage quota has been given 3 years relaxation in age limit for employment for women. Women have been given 33% representation in national and provincial assemblies and local governments.

Representation of women in recruitment selection boards has been made mandatory. 33% representation as consultants in provincial ombudsman has been given to women. Separate women ombudsman has been established for women. Public women employees have been given transfer facility even in the form of contract employment. We have given women more courage, motivation. We pay tribute to the social, political and economic struggle of women on the occasion of International Women’s Day. On this occasion, Deputy Regional Director Allama Iqbal Open University Dr. Nighat Shakir, Assistant Professor Khalil Ahmed, Incharge Students Affairs Lecturer Faqir Hussain and a large number of other students were present.
