Khangarh: Farmers Dilbar Hassan, Ameer Bakhsh, Muhammad Iqbal, Malik Faiz Bakhsh, Muhammad Ayoub, Nazir Ahmed, Bashir Ahmed complained about the non-supply of canal water in Muzaffargarh and the closure of the canal for the past 6 months. , Jameel Haider, Allah Ditta Bhatti, Jafar Khan, Muhammad Qasim, Elahi Bakhsh, Nazar Hussain, Manzoor Hussain and dozens of other people have protested, due to which the farmers are facing problems in wheat cultivation, while due to sudden inflation and huge increase in agricultural inputs, expenses have increased significantly, while irrigation has not been possible due to the huge increase in diesel prices, while fertilizers, seeds have also been purchased at extra prices and the farmer community has become a victim of financial distress by paying interest on interest. However, delaying tactics are used due to which the farmers are facing irreparable losses. They have protested and demanded the secretary of Anhar Punjab and caretaker chief minister of Punjab to immediately release water in Taliri Canal in Muzaffargarh.
