Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, Shraddha Kapoor’s upcoming film, is getting ready for release. In the movie, the actress and Ranbir Kapoor will be interacting on-screen for the first time. Six years after the release of OK Jaanu, Shraddha Kapoor opened up to IndiaToday.in in a conversation about her desire to return to the rom-com genre. The actress admitted that while it is the easiest to watch, it is challenging to produce.

She listed her favorite Hollywood actress and described herself as a genre buff. After six years, Shraddha Kapoor is back in rom-coms; her most recent appearance was in OK Jaanu with Aditya Roy Kapur.I love rom-coms, she admitted when asked about it. I enjoy YRF’s romantic comedies, such as Hum Tum. I enjoy that particular genre. Additionally, I enjoy Notting Hill and Pretty Woman. Actress Julia Roberts is phenomenal. She is among my favorite actors in Hollywood. Bohot motivating hain, indeed. The character I’m playing in this movie is very different from being in a rom-com. The actress continued, “Don’t worry, daaru pilaake tera fayda bhi nahi uthaungi,” as seen in the trailer. (Like she says in the trailer, “don’t worry, I won’t take any advantage of you after you drink,”) Woh itne front foot pe hain. She performs with her front foot.)
