LHC clears Malik Amir Yar from fake degree case

Uch Sharif: Lahore High Court double bench declared Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader ex-MNM Malik Amir Yar Waren eligible while ending the sentence in the fake degree case.

Congratulations poured in for  Aamir Yar Warn on behalf of the ever-true Sardar Malik Amir Yar Warn. According to the details, a fake degree case was filed against Sardar Malik Amir Yar Waren, former member of the National Assembly in 2010, in which Malik Amir Yar Waren was disqualified in 2013. Justice Anwar-ul-Haq and Justice Amjad Raqiq in the Double Bench of Lahore High Court gave a decision while hearing the case.  On hearing the news, sweetmeats were distributed in Kardhor Kot, there was a wave of celebrations in the circle and the workers were dancing to the beat of the drum and congratulated Amir Yar Waren.  All the conspiracies have failed. On this occasion, the people of Malik Ahmed Yar Waran’s constituency were present in the number of hundreds.
