Increasing traffic accidents are alarming: DPO Waseem Riaz Khan

Chiniot: Under the direction of District Police Officer Chiniot Waseem Riaz Khan, an awareness camp was organized under the auspices of the Traffic Police Education Unit to raise awareness among people about traffic rules.  Driving a motorcycle, driving without a license, driving under 18 years of age, unsafe lane changing, driving, traffic rules, road safety were given awareness. Traffic rules, road safety awareness banners, various stalls were set up awareness camp.  District Police Officer Chiniot Waseem Riaz Khan, other police officers participated. DPO visited various stalls. DPO distributed helmets, awareness pamphlets about traffic rules among motorcyclists. On this occasion, while talking to staff and media, he said that increasing traffic accidents in Chiniot are alarming in which many precious human lives are being lost and people are becoming disabled. Awareness of traffic rules and their implementation is very important to prevent traffic accidents. Road safety, the rate of accidents can be reduced by ensuring the enforcement of traffic rules. He directed the citizens to ensure the implementation of the traffic rules. Traffic Education Unit Chiniot will continue the awareness campaign for the awareness of the citizens.
