Saif Ali Khan is set to feature in the Indian adaptation of The Bridge. The movie star and husbad of famous diva Kareena Kapoor Khan is co-producing the series with Endemol Shine India.
The Danish/Swedish drama Bron/Broen (The Bridge) will be adapted into Hindi, and actor Saif Ali Khan will star in it. Endemol Shine India and Black Knight Films will produce it together.
After the success of the US/Mexico, UK/France, Germany/Austria, Singapore/Malaysia, and Russia/Estonia versions of the show, this would be its eighth adaptation. In the first scene of The Bridge, a dead body is found on the border of two nations, with half of it in one and the other. Due to this discovery, the police departments of the two regions launch a joint investigation, forcing detectives from both sides to cooperate to solve the crime.
