ISLAMABAD: On the fringes of the COP 28 UN Climate change  summit in Dubai, Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al Awais, the  Minister of Health of the United Arab Emirates, and Caretaker  Federal Minister for Health Dr. Nadeem Jan held a special meeting. Dr. Nadeem extended an invitation to attend the Global Health  Summit in Islamabad during their encounter. He expressed his congratulations to his colleague for organising  COP 28 so well. Additionally, Dr. Nadeem Jan informed his counterpart on Pakistan’s current goal for health sector reform. The minister briefed his counterpart on the January 2024 Global Health Security Summit.
