Ouch Sharif: Secretary Primary and Secondary Health Care Punjab Ali Jan Khan visited various hospitals of Tehsil Ahmedpur Sharqia.
According to the details, Secretary Primary and Secondary Health Care Punjab Ali Jan Khan yesterday paid a surprise visit to Tehsil Ahmedpur Sharqiya Rural Health Center Chani Goth and Basic Health Center Tabi Izzat to the hospitals to review the provision of electronic medical records and health facilities. He saw the sanitation arrangements in the three hospitals and visited the wards. He also inspected the drug stores in the pharmacies established in the hospitals and insisted on improving the sanitation of the hospital. The Secretary Health also heard the problems of the relatives of the patients in the hospitals and He inquired about the medicines and facilities provided to the patients. He also checked the duty register of the doctors. He said that strict action will be taken against the doctors who are absent from duty. Secretary Primary and Secondary Health Care Punjab Ali Jan while talking to the media said that on the orders of the Chief Minister and the Minister of Health, he started visiting hospitals in different districts with the aim of providing health facilities to the people and hospitals. Actions taken as per SOPs are to be reviewed. Secretary Health Punjab was briefed by Dr. Khalid Mehmood Arain District Officer Health and Dr. Rana Muhammad Arshad Acting Deputy District Officer Health Ahmedpur Sharqia on the facilities available in the hospitals.
