15 khawarij terrorists killed: ISPR

In an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Sambaza neighbourhood of Zhob District on Tuesday, security forces killed 15 Khawarij terrorists, while a soldier braced martyrdom during the gunfight.

“Own troops successfully engaged the Khwarij location during the operation, and as a result, 15 x Khawarij were sent to hell,” an Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) news statement stated on Tuesday.

From the Khawarij who was killed, numerous guns, explosives, and ammo were also found.

But after fighting valiantly during a fierce firefight, Sep Arif ur Rehman (32 years old; from Mansehra District) made the ultimate sacrifice and accepted Shahadat.

To eliminate any further Kharji in the area, a sanitisation exercise is underway.
